Eye witness account of the Spanish Civil War by world-travelling newspaperman, whose experiences "converted him from an enthusiastic supporter of the Madrid government to an ardent supporter of the Nationalist cause". Illustrated with photos. Light toning to pages but otherwise all in VG internal order. Former owner's name on FFEP, crossed out with marker, but not a large area affected.. Orange boards crisp.   Good+ unclipped dust jacket with facing andsome loss on foot of spine and around corners and top of front cover. Very rare in original DJ.  Overall in good condition.
